Il se compose de 7 niveaux en plus du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plan d&rsquo;\u00e9tage pr\u00e9sente une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie \u00ab rectangulaire \u00bb compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;un socle plus large au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e destin\u00e9 aux entrep\u00f4ts et aux laboratoires. De l\u00e0, aux \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs, \u00e9merge une lame plus \u00e9troite destin\u00e9e aux activit\u00e9s de recherche, de d\u00e9veloppement et de bureaux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux concern\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le mur-rideau est de deux types diff\u00e9rents afin de \u00ab d\u00e9noter \u00bb explicitement la diff\u00e9renciation entre les utilisations.
