Perrone \u2013 Genova Campi<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DESCRIPTION DE L&rsquo;INTERVENTION : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ie projet Maisons du Monde consiste en la construction d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages sur cinq niveaux. Parmi celles-ci, deux sont souterraines pour les garages. Trois sont en surface pour des espaces \u00abcommerciaux\u00bb, des entrep\u00f4ts, des services, etc&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La liaison verticale entre le garage et les espaces commerciaux est assur\u00e9e par un corps de liaison qui, bien que contenu dans l&rsquo;enveloppe, est en fait absolument s\u00e9par\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis les deux \u00e9tages du garage, il est possible d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e (au niveau du Corso Perrone). De l\u00e0, une zone \u00e0 portique m\u00e8ne directement \u00e0 la \u00ab boutique \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t et les services g\u00e9n\u00e9raux sont situ\u00e9s sur le toit du b\u00e2timent. La surface \u00e0 utiliser est petite par rapport aux dimensions du plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
